About the Series

First published in 2004, Interactive Science embodies the spirit of the latest CDC Science Curriculum for S1–S3 by fostering interactive participation and investigation; balanced development (in scientific knowledge, generic skills and positive attitudes); and enjoyment of study.

In 2010, Pearson Longman launches this Second Edition to strengthen the support to teachers and students, especially in their preparation for NSS by

·         enhancing students' interest in studying science;

·         consolidating students' knowledge to provide a solid background for studying NSS physics, chemistry and biology;

·         widening students' horizons to align more closely with the trend of globalization; and

·         upgrading students' skills, e.g. in investigation, writing and calculation, in preparation for the future study.
